Yoga class!

Bonsoir,

Today, was our first class of Yoga! What a great atmosphere and experience! The student's feedback were such as: 


  • I am feeling so relaxed. 
  • Can we do some Yoga tomorrow? 
  • I feel sleepy. 
  • I could go to sleep now. 
  • That was great!
I would like to thank Mlle Hagar, student-teacher from the University of Ottawa for organizing the yoga class. The next yoga class will be held on Wednesday, October 19th.
